Weekly Rates*
All bookings are form Saturday at 3pm until the following Saturday at 10am, unless agreed beforehand by separate negotiation.
Mid-week Breaks
Minimum length of a mid-week break is 3 nights. Occupancy starts at 3pm on the first night until 10am on the morning after the last night.
Long Weekends
The price includes from 3pm Friday through to 10am Tuesday morning.

Letting Terms (please read)

  • A 33% deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • A £50 returnable damage deposit is also required with the final payment. In the event of any breakages / damage, either replace, if possible, or please notify us immediately so that we can deal with the problem before the next occupants arrive. Any breakages / damage will only be charged at cost.
  • The balance is due 5 weeks before your holiday commences.
  • On receipt of your final payment further information will be forwarded to you.
  • Reserved car parking space is provided at no extra cost. Unfortunately, although a reserved parking space is provided we can't guarantee it won't be taken up by unauthorised parking, particularly during the school holidays.
  • The flat is situated on the hillside and is not accessible by road, there are steps which are likely to be unsuitable for people with mobility or medical difficulties and young children should be supervised.
  • We do request that the flat is vacated promptly at the end of your holiday so that it can be prepared for the next occupants.
  • In the event of cancellations we regret that no money can be refunded and that the full balance will be payable unless it is possible to re-let your booking. We advise you to insure yourself against the risk of having to cancel your holiday.
  • If for any reason, e.g. fire or flood, we are unable to fulfil your holiday booking all monies paid will be refunded. We regret that we shall not be liable for any other claim.
